Intro to Anusara Yoga Inspired
with Kerstin
Monday Mornings 8:30–9:45 a.m.
This class welcomes beginners to intermediate practitioners.
This class focuses on strengthening, balancing, and alignment — moving into postures mindfully and consciously.
Classes flow with breath and sequence supporting the Anusara Principals of Alignment, using these as a basis to find our deepest, heart-aligned sense of well-being.
Savor 10 minutes of meditation at the end of class.
Vinyasa Flow with Kristen
Wednesday Mornings. 8:45–10 a.m.
A dynamic and fluid practice that synchronizes the breath with transition of poses to develop strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness. Each movement is linked to an inhalation or exhalation, creating a rhythmic and meditative experience. This practice offers a creative and adaptable approach, allowing practitioners to explore various sequences while fostering a deeper connection between breath, body, and mind.
A practice that offers a balanced blend of mindful movement, breathwork, and subtle awareness. We begin with space to arrive, settling into the body and breath before moving through gentle warm-ups and Kriya Yoga to softly awaken energy.
Class unfolds gradually—inviting strength, mobility, and presence—while allowing space for inner awareness and personal pacing. We wind down with restorative shapes and a deeply nourishing savasana, often accompanied by sound bowls to support relaxation and integration.

I joined Ayama Yoga 5 years ago to help me with mindfulness, balance, and strength and have seen a big improvement in myself. Not only has the practice of yoga helped me mentally it has improved my strength and balance and I continue to challenge myself which is important as we age.
